You can pay a PCN via the automated telephone payment system, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. The number for this service is 8545 3518, option 2.

If you are calling with regards to a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), please note that our officers can give procedural advice but cannot discuss the details of the case with you.

If you wish to make a representation (challenge) against a PCN you must do so in writing. Our officers cannot accept verbal representations.

Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We aim to respond to general enquiries within 15 working days. Please note that it may take longer for us to respond to representations (challenges) against PCNs.
