Our lines are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm, with the exception of option 4 (Advice about PCN appeal process), where the lines are open Monday to Friday from 11am to 4pm. Please note that calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

There are 7 options on the voice menu:

5 View CCTV footage of parking/traffic contravention
6 Debt recovery/cases registered with the Environment and Traffic Adjudicators (ETA)

If you are calling with regards to a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), please note that our officers can give procedural advice but cannot discuss the details of the case with you.

If you wish to make a representation (challenge) against a PCN you must do so in writing. Our officers cannot accept verbal representations.

Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We aim to respond to general enquiries within 15 working days. Please note that it may take longer for us to respond to representations (challenges) against PCNs.
